9. Inventory of the needs of the College of Education Technology , and lifting them to the Dean of the College to address the Deanship of e-learning and distance learning to provide.

10. Periodic follow-up to the readiness of the smart classrooms , meeting rooms and screens

11. Advertising and information booths altogether.

12. Follow-up to raise faculty members to their courses on the electronic management system of e-learning .

13. Coordination and follow-up and supervision of the production line of electronic content of the decisions within the college .

14. Any other tasks assigned to the unit by the Deanship of e-learning and distance learning .

1. Provide support and respond to inquiries related to examinations.

2. Exchange information with instructors and arrange for their involvement in the provision and monitoring of accommodated examinations.

3. Assist in the preparation and publication of the examination schedules.

4. Assist in hiring, provide training and supervise part-time invigilators to ensure that academic regulations are upheld.

5. Oversee the administration of final examinations within an autonomous work environment.

6. Process and approve requests for: Concordia University students to write examinations at external locations and external students to write an examination at Concordia University.

7. Perform other duties in support of the operation of the unit.

8. Ensure quality standards in the conduct of final tests.

9. Preparing the final report for the final tests and monitoring the strengths, weaknesses, irregularities, and the inclusion of the used models and the college statistics.

10. Recommend changes to the overall operation of the program and improvements to existing policies and procedures

11. Update information and services offered on the department website.

1 Set out the choices of the preparatory year students regarding the available specialties.

2.     Specialize the preparatory year students according to conditions and student number in each specialty set by Faculty Council.

3.     Provide registration services for students as adding and dropping.

4.     Inserting study schedules in the academic system.

5.     Prepare a final report at the end of dropping and adding process with emphasis on obstacles and resolving methods.

6.     Supervise academic advisors and follow up all cases referred to the unit.

7.     Meet and welcome all new students from the first study day, and provide them the needed information about college, university and its environment.

8.     Distribute students fairly among faculty members according to specialty for counselling purposes.

9.     Meet all cases referred by academic advisors, give them the suitable solution for their problems, or, if not possible, refer them to the Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs.

1. Monitor the implementation of regulations relevant to students’ reception, registration, and transferring as well as university regulations for granting the bachelor degree.

2. Monitor the process of electronic registration, carried out by the students themselves, where the student can access the registration system and select the subjects that he wants to register, or to withdraw or add, or even inquire about his grades, in addition to all his academic affairs.

3. Check the files of graduates and follow-up on the procedures of graduation.

4. Coordination of the academic process at the university through registering subjects, performing withdrawal and adding for the students, overseeing the guidance process, and implementation of the study plans for all university students.

5. Preparing the academic schedules for the students in the academic departments and coordinating with the other colleges in cooperation with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.

6. Distribution of female students in different departments of the college in coordination with the departments.

7. Supervising the application of admission, registration and transfer controls to and from the College and between academic departments.

8. Completion of the equivalent Courses

9. Work on the assigning of preparatory year students.

10. Follow-up problems related to the portal of the academic system for students and members.

11. Coordination with the faculty units in the relevant fields.

12. Follow-up updating the site of the College in respect of the unit..

7. Coordinating the dissemination of seminars and workshops through virtual rooms.

8- Providing technical support to the College and its dependents in accordance with the relevant supporting dues policies.

9 - Follow up the maintenance of computers in the branch of female students in the collage and provide support and technical support for faculty members and units of direct transport and smart rooms.
