Description of Duties
Prepare and review the regulations, policies, procedures and forms of the faculty on a regular basis and submit recommendations regarding improving them to ensure the faculty’s processes run smoothly.
Set the faculty’s/ department's annual quantitative objectives (quality objectives) and prepare the plans to achieve those objectives; determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and record, measure, and analyze the results and then take the necessary procedures to improve.
Assign and distribute the tasks and workload amongst the faculty's / department's staff and prepare timelines and set deadlines to complete those tasks.
Oversee the training of the faculty’s staff regarding regulations, policies, procedures, forms and their job duties.
Ensure the compliance of the faculty’s staff to the University’s regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for the performance of the faculty’s staff and the preparation of annual performance report about them. Ensure their daily works properly, smoothly completed, provide advice, guidance and training in the events.
Responsible for coordination and cooperation with the other relevant faculties and departments to ensure work runs smoothly and to prevent the duplication of efforts in performing tasks.
