1.1 TESTING OF NONWOVEN FABRICS
Testing of any product provides a means of standardization in terms of quality and productivity. In textiles, we have to test from raw material to the finished product. End-use oriented tests determine how the product will stand up to wear. The aim may be to identify possible end uses or compare raw materials and fabrics to arrive at optimum compatibility for a pre-determined end use.
