The Hancock is a composite nature, the right coronary leaflet containing the musle is replaced by a non coronary leaflet of the correct size from another porcine valve, this high pressure fixed valve is mounted into a dacron-covered polypropylene stent .The Hancock II annular porcine bioprostheses are the second generation of bioprosthetic valve designs which were introduced in the early 1980 , The porcine tissue is initially fixed at 1.5 mm . hg , this fixation method is designed to ensure good tissue geometry . Hancock design produces a high velocity jetlike flow field with a maximum velocity of 330 cm/s .
