Position                       Management Lecturer / Management Development Consultant

Duties                          Compiled and reviewed curriculum plans for English and Humanities and Business Management departments. Have provided consultations on issues related to the tertiary education sector in KSA. Additionally, I have worked on organisational change issues, and advised on culture formation and its implications that included the analysis of re-organisation and new systems implementations. Moreover, I Have managed the entire corporate identity for PSI. I have been involved in writing business proposals and planning on behalf of the University's PSI for MOHE funding. Also, Taught Business Management courses to level 1 and 2 students in Remaah Campus.


 

Sep 09 – Sep 10           Prince Sultan College for Tourism and Business - KSA

Position                       Faculty Member

Duties                          Business Administration Lecturing including Principles of Management, Introduction to Business, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Culture and Leadership, Business Law and Operations Management. Further, I was nominated as a Quality and Accreditation committee member. Also, I worked as one of the planners and organisers as well as a scientific committee member for the Human Development Conference - KSA 2010.
